With Hepsia you can host unmetered web site names in a single account. This is realizable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager interface. The other hosting CP tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available only with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use TWO autonomous user logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain name registration/transfer/administration options. If you choose Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web server, there will be no CP possibility.

Hosted Domains ² - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered CP tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your web site names in one hosting account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP setups do not supply such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and this is why they request 2 autonomous user logins: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 web site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin CP).
